Robert Wisnicki

Robert is the managing partner at Wisnicki & Associates. Robert's legal experience is diverse and his practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate and banking law.

He has strong expertise in entity formation, 1031 exchanges, lending practices, Truth and Lending regulations and title matters. He represents many prominent lenders, developers, property operators, business owners, and investors as well as first-time and repeat home buyers.

Mark Neuhauser received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Martin Ritholtz, as well as for the office of the District Attorney of Kings County. Mark has more than a decade of experience in many aspects of Real Estate and Elder Law.

Mark concentrates his transactional real estate practice in the areas of buying, selling, financing and representing landlords, and multi-family developers. Mark’s experience includes all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Mark has also assisted sellers, purchasers, commercial and residential real estate mortgage lenders, borrowers, developers, and management companies in commercial and residential conveyances. His client base includes financial institutions, private lenders, bridge lenders, and real estate companies.

In addition, he manages the firm’s elder law group, which encompasses all aspects of elder law planning and Medicaid planning and handles aspects of the firm’s collection litigation practice. He has extensive experience with trusts and estates elder law, and planning for the special needs of persons with disabilities. Planning, estate planning, estate administration, debt collection. Mark continues to assist many health care providers and institutions across the breadth of New York.

Jordan Klas

Jordan Klas received a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. While in law school, Jordan worked in real estate development as well as in real estate law, accumulating a wealth of knowledge of the New York real estate industry.

Jordan focuses on transactional real estate practice in the areas of buying, selling, and financing residential and commercial properties. Jordan represents buyers, sellers, investors, developers, private hard money lenders and commercial banks. Jordan also handles probate and estate administration, commercial leasing and Attorney General approvals.

Shelly Straussberg

Paralegal

Shelly works as part of our Real Estate Practice, and has experience working in title review, residential/commercial real estate, residential/commercial lending and property development matters. Shelly is responsible for preparing and reviewing documents related to the acquisition, lease and sale of real estate.

Shelly has worked with Robert Wisnicki since 2009, where she’s responsible for preparing and reviewing real estate documents as well as reviewing title work and surveys for real estate developers relating to the purchase commercial and residential real estate.

Shirley Jean Pierre

Senior Paralegal

Shirley is a seasoned senior real estate paralegal in Wisnicki Neuhauser, LLP banking department. She has more than 15 years of legal experience in the areas of residential loan processing and residential real estate transactions. She is highly experienced in all phases of loan processing from inception to closing and has handled well over a thousand New York closings and ensured they all closed successfully.
